We have a 30-day unconditional return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be in good condition, and you must pay the shipping costs. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. After receiving the item, we will carefully inspect it for damage. If the item is damaged, we will not issue a refund.

Can customized products be returned?

We do not accept returns for customized goods because they are personal items. However, if there is a problem with the goods received, we will be happy to assist you.

Conditions for returns or refunds:

To apply for a return or refund, please send an email to support@cutrightfashion.com within 30 days of receiving the item. The clothing must be undamaged and have its tag intact. Please provide your order number and attach a photo of the garment received when making the return application.

If you receive broken or damaged clothes, please send us an unboxing video, pictures of the products, and proof of purchase. We will respond to your request to refund or resend the complete item, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If the order is more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to cancel it. We will process your cancelation request within 12 business hours, and the refund will be returned to your payment account.

When will the refund arrive?

Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the payment method used. If you have not received a refund after the deadline, please send an email to support@cutrightfashion.com.

Please note that returns without RMA (Return Authorization) numbers are not acceptable. No return without prior communication will be accepted. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when purchasing, and we will not charge any replenishment fee.
